BILLING
As professionals, we bill hourly. Typically we are NOT covered by insurance unless there is the need for a clinical social worker. The first initial consultation fee with the director/learning/or educational specialist is $175. This includes a review of any records (usually completed before you come in) and meeting with the child (or adult) as well as parent. Since we specialize in many areas, the area of need will determine the type of service. We do take credit cards for your convenience. Payment is expected when service is rendered.
Typically, expect to pay $175 an hour for consultative costs or advocacy.
For first or second opinions, the costs of evaluations are as follows:

Comprehensive speech and language evaluation......$ 500
Comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation........$ 400
Comprehensive physical therapy evaluation................$ 400
Wilson hourly tutoring rate individual*.............................$ 80
Wilson group tutoring rate..............................................$ 30
